If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website. LIVE is operated by Trust & Will, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation located in San Diego, California.

LIVE is an advocacy coalition focused on promoting legislation to enable online estate planning.   • We reserve the right to refuse or return any donation at our sole discretion
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your donation complies with applicable laws
